PARKING: Limited to TWO (2) vehicles per HOA. Vehicles must move every 24 hours when snow exists.

* Although this home has a wood burning fireplace, NO firewood is to be burned in the fireplace. Please only burn firewood alternatives, such as pressed instant logs (e.g., DuraFlame logs).

*Wildlife in the area. It is possible to have bears, coyotes, raccoons, and, at times, mice or even bats found on property and in homes in the area.

The washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen. Stay connected no matter where you dine with 4 seats at the breakfast bar, 4 at the dining table in the living room, or 2 just outside on the patio. The oversized living room has a plush recliner and a sleeper sofa, a larger TV with both cable and streaming capabilities, and a cozy fireplace. High-speed internet lets you enjoy your favorite shows or movies without a hitch. The patio area is very private yet has direct views of the river activities below and looks towards the massive granite peaks in the distance.

The River Run community complex also provides access to a community year-round spa (SPA IS DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE, NO ETA), seasonal pool, restroom, sauna, and tennis court.
