The bright living area is complete with high ceilings, a wall of windows, and a gas fireplace. Kick back on the sleeper sofa while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Prepare delectable dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, fitted with a full suite of appliances. The breakfast bar seats two, while the dining table has room for six.

The primary suite has a king bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second suite has two queen beds, a flatscreen TV, and a desk. The en-suite bathroom has a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. A half bath provides added convenience.

The Everline Resort & Spa charges a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax (subject to change) for each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.

Due to snow conditions, ski-in/ski-out accessibility may not be available in early/late season, and only when the Palisades Tahoe lift is operational.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
