The stylishly furnished 78 m² basement apartment has a bedroom with double bed for 2 people, a large living room with fireplace and pull-out sofa bed suitable for 2 people, a work corner and a modern equipped kitchen.



To keep you connected to the world, there is Smart TV & WLAN.



Hiking and cycling trails are right on the doorstep. The location is also perfect if you want to enjoy the peace and quiet and nature. There are numerous opportunities for sailing, diving, surfing, fishing and swimming around the Biggesee. The hiking trails in the Biggesee-Listersee nature adventure area offer fantastic views.
