F & B and Front Office
Breakfast buffet should improve in terms of variety, presentation and cleanliness especially during Holidays. Flexibility on charging should be considered like extra pillow, towel and blanket. Most hotels do not charge for basic amenities.

The stathe stay was nice was nice clean it was a good hotel to stay the room always clean the hotel was clean the staff was really nice . I would stay again.

リメイクしても、古さは隠せず。
水回りがとても良く、入浴時のお湯の量も多くて快適です。難は、エレベーターが無いので、チェックイン時は、ボーイが荷物を持って行ってくれますが、チェックアウト時は、自分で持って階段を降りなくてはならないので、大変です。また、やはり古さは隠せず、エアコンも一体式で、就寝時には、うるさく感じます。また、部屋にも蟻等が出る時があります。

Good Accommodations in Subic
The hotel has since diminished its luxurious comfort compared to when we previously stayed about seven (7) years ago. However, our stay was still very pleasant as my family and I were comfortable inside the room. The hotel staff were very accommodating and very pleasant; that has been maintained. We believe Subic Bay Venezia is still the hotel we recommend while in Subic!

Just plan bad!
Building is very out dated, rooms are poorly lit, mattress has no protective barrier, room only comes with 2 towels and you pay for extra towels, shower stalls are old, damp, and mildew!!!, AC units have not been cleaned and are outdated, room closets smell like urin, ants crawling around everywhere, no elevator, and the water temperature fluctuates so badly called one minute boiling hot in seconds please be careful!!!!!!!!! The only good thing is the staff is responsive, I tried to change or cancel my booking and even spoke with the staff and they said they'll look into it but never truly followed up!

Never Again
The staff are nice and welcoming. The room is old and smell like a closet that has not been open for years. Only two pillows and if you request for more they will charge you. Blanket and comforter smells like they been in cabinet for years as well. They need to use fresheners and fabric conditioner. Breakfast items were not too pleasing and we decided to go out for breakfast instead.

良いホテルです
２泊３日で利用しました。家族旅行でデラックスルーム２部屋を利用。 初日ホテルの備品が不足していました。バスタブはなく、シャワーのお湯もぬるく、日本人には物足りません。駐車場も狭く、カジノが隣にあるため、車が止められませんでした。 喫煙施設がなく、喫煙者には不便です。朝食はバイキングスタイルですが、２日とも同じ料理でした。 もう少し工夫がほしい所です。

Not happy of my stay.
This hotel is not what in the advertisement. No elevetor. The hotel stinks. Bed so soft, no comforter. Towels are dirty. I need to ask bath mat but they gives us rugs. Toiletries are not what expected, no conditioner. What I hated the most the shower is awful need to replace. No hot water no matter how long you let the hot water on. Reserved 2 rooms my guest told me they sleep , every time they laid down something biting them in the bed. I travel lot and this hotel is the worst hotel I have stayed. Breakfast is horrible and one of the chef so rude.

better choices in the area
Only 1 key per room. Not good when two people are in the same room. No hot water for 2 days due to equipment failure. Breakfast is from a very limited menu. Room smelled like paint. Stayed the 4 or 5 times in the past few years and it was nice, under new managment now and it has certainly gone down hill since then.

My stay at Venezia Hotel Subic Bay
We had a pleasant stay even though it was a short one.

There is step between the room and the bathroom - got my toes stumped twice - hazardous. Toiletries were not placed inside the bathroom where they should be. No electrical outlets in the room - should you need to charge your mobile, you have to do it in the bathroom counter. Also, not enough towels - no face towels/ hand towels provided. Beddings - there is no comforter - the blanket was too thin.

Worth the price. Old style.
The furniture was old, but the bed was comfy. Although only 2 pillows provided, with an extra charge for additional request. Towels looked worn out. Shower & toilet separated but needs more amenities like a hair dryer. Had a homey feeling but needs a face lift.

スービックの真ん中辺りに位置していてロケーションは良い。ほとんどが徒歩圏内であるがビーチにいきたい場合はタクシーが必要。カジノフィリピーノが併設されているがスロットマシーンだけのこじんまりとした感じでとてもカジノとは言えない。カードゲームもないなのでカジノ目当ての方はSMモール近くにあるもうひとつのカジノフィリピーノへどうぞ。このホテルから徒歩15分くらいです。

No elevators!
We booked 3 separate rooms for the children and us. The rooms were generally clean and presentable. However, the mattresses were just too soft and may need replacement. They gave you back pains in the morning. The heated shower water was also difficult to manage and mix. Lastly, there is no working elevator!! Thank God our rooms were at the 2nd floor.

Very comfortable!
Must admit that we had an executive suite of three rooms for the two nights we were there! Although the rooms were windowless, and a bit of a shock at first, it certainly encouraged sound sleeping. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, as was the entire suite. Breakfast was available, at an extra charge, however, I feel that this should be an inclusion in the price of the room. Location is reasonably central and we had no difficulty in parking, despite there being a casino attached to the hotel.

語学留学の際に利用しました。 まずは、立地について。このホテルの近くにはたくさんの美味しいレストランがあり、食事には困ることはありせん。また、オロンガポ市内、ハーバーポイントという巨大モールまでは約5分ほどで辿り着けます。オーシャンアドベンチャーというアミューズメントパークへの無料シャトルバスの停留所もすぐ隣りにあり、立地は最高です。 室内も広々としていて綺麗なソファーが並んでおり非常にリラックスできました。 ハウスキーピングも迅速に対応してくれて有り難かったです。 また機会があれば利用したいと思います。
