"Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door.
Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

"We booked a suite room with a Jacuzzi. When we arrived in the evening, there was no one at the front desk, and we had to wait about 30 minutes before receiving assistance.
We were assigned a first-floor room near the employee area and close to the front desk. Throughout the night, I could hear people walking and talking outside as if there were no sound insulation at all. Unfortunately, I was unable to get any sleep.

"Excellent location as long as you’re driving.
Really helpful and friendly staff upon arrival, the hotel is very clean and well looked after.
Breakfast was good for the price as it is included in the booking( at least it was in my case )
Had an issue with my room as was beside the elevator, but they quickly moved my room to somewhere much quieter with no hassle or issue.
Large rooms and beds, super clean and lovely bathroom too. Highly recommend should you wish you explore the area!
