"Definitely run down. The Lobby gives a false impression. The hotel doors were dusty, not even sure how you manage that. The phone looked so gross, I wouldn’t touch it. The shower faucets were hard to turn and they were leaking when we walked in. It’s obvious no one has cleaned the shower grout or head. The pool area is run down, several parts of the carpet are duct taped together. Thank god we only stayed one night"

"Stopped in Cleveland on a road trip and stayed a night at the Glidden House. This place is so charming! After we arrived we grabbed a drink at the bar and enjoyed the patio, it was quiet and peaceful. This was the perfect place to stop after a long day on the road. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely return on our next visit to Cleveland!"

"This is an absolute beautiful building with great history. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. Parking is available right beside the hotel, which was so helpful. The staff were all so kind and ready to help me with anything. I highly recommend this location. They are within walking distance of CC but they also can call the shuttle for you."

"This isn’t the best located hotel, as it’s a bit far from the downtown area but for our purposes it worked. Parking is available in the garage opposite and price is reasonable (I think it was 20$). Breakfast is better than what I was expecting with a good selection of warm food, cereal, pancakes, breads and some fruits and yogurt. "

"From check in to check out the staff was amazing. Has a hiccup with the fridge not working in the room and they made it right immediately. We had paid for the made to order breakfast for our entire stay and it was very very good and the waiter was wonderful. We were hoping to have some pool time but it was under maintance which is understandable since it was just opening up for the season. That did not effect our stay or the review because things happen. We will definitely stay again."

"The staff at this property was attentive and nice. The property left a lot to be desired. When reading the reviews prior to booking it seemed like the property was renovated, but that was not the case for us. We were put on the third floor adjacent to the Cleveland Clinic Sleep Clinic. Had I known I was paying to essentially to stay at a hospital I would not have booked. The room looked like it had not been renovated in at least 20 years. Dated, with ripped wallpaper and rugs, dirt on the doors...
