"The pools were both closed as th fitness center. Staff didn't address when asked why not listed . Breakfast no bagels both kid cereals. Toilet broken in two different spots. Roked from floor and toilet seat not screwed right so it also moved! When told she said we'll get that fixed. Sorry."

"Friendly staff. Gave 4-stats because the train ran in front of our room all night. Ask for the backside of the hotel to avoid this. At $400 night, a makeup mirror would be nice! Only gives 2 servings of coffee for two nights for two people, decaf does not count. All the Lobby garbage was overflowing with garbage. Nice gym :-D Sadly, I would not stay here again."

"I’ve stayed at the Icon in Ellensburg twice now and I’ll stay there again when the need arises. We have children who attend Central WA University so we’re in the area quite a bit. Because of Graduation, most of the hotels were completely booked and the rates were way higher than usual at most. I booked the Icon months ago, knowing how busy the area would get. My husband hadn’t stayed with me there before so I was a little nervous that he wouldn’t find it as awesome as our usual (former) go-to...

"The back door was broken and you didn’t have to use the key. My room door didn’t work and the staff had to change my key three times and come and open the room door. The staff also struggled to open the door. The occupants in the room across from me also had trouble opening the door. The room was very over priced and you could smell the strong chlorine from the pool throughout the hotel. I will never stay there again."

"Very good breakfast offering, with a comfortable room in a location convenient to CWU. We made use of the pool and hot tub, which were very nice after a long day on the road. Second time we've stayed at this location and we would recommend it."

"It was all things were stuck in holes on the floor. The shower didn’t have any pressure the sink backed up never stay there again."
