"Great appartement in a charming small village (Perledo) above Varenna.Super clean, comfortable, excellent beds, the appartment looks brand new and you feel it home very quickly. The owner provides a lot of information before the arrival and was very reactive as we had a couple of questions during the stay. The only issue we had was the 4h time limit for the parking nearby which prevents you from letting the car the whole day (and parking in Varenna is very difficult during summertime)...Access...

"Absolutely fantastic stay. From initial communications to personal meet and brief by Paolo made arrival process welcoming and thorough. The location was perfect for travel in or away from Varenna. The kitchen was well stocked with snackies and a welcome bottle of wine. The loft overlooking the lake was a fabulous retreat after a day exploring the lake. Can’t recommend highly enough. "

"My family and I really liked staying here. Difficult to find but that was car’s navigation issue. Only 15 mins from main center of Bellagio. Communication with owner was top notch and he was extremely helpful and nice. Very peaceful and quiet. Only downfall is the bath tub in field directly in front of property but that probably belongs to another property. "

"Notre objectif était de visiter la région et donc nous sommes restés peu de temps à l’intérieur. Mais si l intérieur est rustique il est fonctionnel, le confort de base y est présent et on ne se marche pas dessus. Agréable après une journée dans la foule. Que du carrelage au sol, nous préférons car ça évite les moquettes mal entretenues qui finissent par vous démanger les mollets, et lorsque l on reste plusieurs jours un coup se passe rapidement sans prise de tête. Et pas de chien accepté,...
