"The owner bent over backwards to make our one night stay comfortable and relaxing. The Admirals room was small and a bit difficult to navigate the hallway to the private bath for the visually handicapped but was not a problem otherwise. Breakfast was excellent. If you have a choice I'd stay in the Captains quarters, a larger room."

"Overall our 2 night stay here was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The location is perfect and I loved the ample parking. But the cleanliness of our room was not done thoroughly in my opinion. There were also 2 side doors on the 1st floor that were broken so you can’t use your room key to get in and were kept propped open all day with a rock. "The property is showing a lot of wear and tear. Furniture is stained, dingy tiles, doors are really banged up, strong perfume smell to cover up a musty smell.
The front desk help was not very friendly and had a hands off approach, directing us to the laundry room to get our blankets ourselves.
We appreciate being able to bring our dogs but having other dog owners allowing their dogs to bark out the open windows non stop while we try to enjoy our balcony was acceptable.

"Two bedroom suite is incredibly spacious. Unfortunately the floor was not well cleaned, and bits of food were easily visible under the furniture in the main living space. "Gorgeous views! The staff were very friendly and helpful! Thank you Amber, Cari, and crew! Early check in was not an option but they were happy to issue our parking pass and we were able to enjoy the beach and property until our room was ready. Parking was directly in front of the rooms making it very easy two bring stuff back and forth. They are very pet friendly and there were multiple areas nearby for our dog to relieve himself. We will be back!"

"The views are great and that's about where the positives end unfortunately. When booking my stay I was not informed the pool and hot tub were under construction. They did offer a pass to the Rec center but that was not what I was wanting. When I went to the office to ask for extra pillows, the guy at the front desk asked why we needed extra pillows instead of providing any customer service and I walked out with no extra pillows. The unit was spacious, but in rough shape. Very worn and outdated....

"This place is clearly run down, does not appear even close to what is advertised. The room smelled very bad, the floor in the bathroom is pealing up and bubbled (310). Breakfast was a joke, biscuits and gravy with rubber eggs and cardboard sausage. Save your money and book elsewhere."
