"This was our second year staying at this property and we're already planning next year's. It's the perfect getaway, ideal for unplugging and recharging. I cannot emphasize enough how lovely it is to sit near the wood stove in the living room, chat, laugh, reconnect and unwind. Very clean, well equipped, and host is very responsive. "Hosts were very welcoming and acknowledged our wedding anniversary. We appreciated the hospitality extended to us and our dog. Hosts were very easy to get in touch with in case we had any questions, quick response time. They even provided suggestions for places to visit and eat during our stay. "The host, Jane, was super helpful. One thing that stood out about the place is waking up there, the bedroom as windows on all sides which you can only experience when you are there. In other words way better than the pictures. Every morning we made coffee and enjoyed it next to the creek. The rest of the days we enjoyed live music Colony (look for the open mic night) and of course had beautiful hikes."

"This is a very well appointed cabin in the woods. A lovely rustic log cabin with modern design details throughout. The master bedroom is spacious with two enormous King beds that are very plush and an en suite with large tub. Two additional guest rooms on the other end allow for a large group of visitors. "Our group of friends have been meeting up for 36 years and this is one of our favorite rentals. We didn’t lack for things to do at the house or in the area a Stine’s throw from Hunter Mtn. The house was well equipped to accommodate a larger group - we especially enjoyed the large dining table, conversation area, firepit area, and hot tub, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all. "We really had the best weekend getaway from NYC to the Catskills! This house is super cozy but modern, beds are comfy with great sheets, and it’s well stocked. We loved cooking and even did some baking while we were there. Our favorite spot was definitely the hot tub at night, and building a bonfire (with a ton of chopped wood available on property) was such a fun way to unwind. The owner was super kind and responsive. Can’t wait to come back!"
