This cozy and spacious vacation home with private pool is located in the heart of a farm in Olivadi (province of Catanzaro), surrounded by green hills where unspoiled nature offers surprising scenarios! From here you can admire a wide panorama of the valley and the sea in the distance and, after a pleasant swim in the pool, enjoy a glass of wine in the garden, in the shade of the equipped gazebos, enjoying your relaxing vacation in the open air. Shower, brick barbecue and covered parking are also part of the equipment! The premises are large and cozy and overlook the garden, the pool and the sea. Two equipped kitchens, four bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, are at guests' disposal. One of the bedrooms is located on the first floor and is designed without architectural barriers and the adjacent bathroom is handicapped accessible. The house also includes an annex with living room / kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Ideal for groups of families or friends who spend their vacations together without sacrificing privacy. In a short time from the house you can reach the beach of Soverato (15 km) where you can swim in the beautiful and crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea. Alternatively, you can organize a trip to the pass "Fossa del Lupo" in the Apennines of Serre Catanzaresi (1000 m above sea level) or visit the Certosa di Serra San Bruno (35 km), the first Carthusian monastery in Italy. Located in the middle of the woods, it is a popular destination for pilgrims and also for tourists looking for mystical and suggestive environments. At a distance of 10 km there is Lake Acero, a small artificial lake surrounded by picnic areas and where sport fishing is possible. Access to the property through a dirt road 100 meters long. Lamezia Terme airport is 40 km away. Four-legged friends are welcome.
