For stays of up to 10 days, it will be classified as a tourist rental – governed by a Tourism Contract (in accordance with Decree-Law 9/2024 of August 2 and Law 15/2008 of June 7 of the Consell GVA).

For stays longer than 10 days, it will be classified as a seasonal rental – governed by a Seasonal Contract (in accordance with Law 29/1994 of November 24, LAU, Article 3, and Royal Decree 1312/2024 of December 23).
