"Our stay at this cabin was perfect for our family. Watching the pink sunrises across the lake each morning was breathtaking. I especially enjoyed sitting on the deck each morning reading my book and listening to the loons, and in the evenings sitting outside playing games. Our grandsons enjoyed fishing off the dock, my husband enjoyed kayaking and canoeing on the lake, and our golden lab enjoyed sunning herself on the deck. We hope to return to this location again. "Poperty is very private in location and absolutely amazing. House was very clean and well equipped for all needs. We hosted a couple of dinners in the dinniing room. The kitchen had everything we needed for our lobster bake night and our italian night. We would highly recommend this poperty if you are looking for private and spacious home."

"Stayed here unplanned after our car needed to go in unexpectedly and absolutely loved it! Adorable set up. The owner was incredibly nice, even helped us pick our car when it was ready. Staying with all the animals was so much fun. Hiking bald mountain was so cool, we got to ID some new lichen and mushrooms. P.S. the eggs are delicious and I think their horse just had a foal right before we left!?"

"House was perfect for our family of 8. Not only was the house amazing, the canoes, kayaks, fire pit—long story short, the outside amenities were also perfect for our family and we spent a lot of time outside enjoying them. Highly recommend this house!"

"We LOVED our stay at this cabin! The host Debbie was easy to communicate with, flexible, and provided tons of thoughtful recommendations for things to do nearby! The cabin and the surrounding property was beautiful and so fun to explore! The cabin was clean and very comfortable. There's plenty of firewood and all the essential kitchen appliances/cookware. "My family loved this wonderful lake cabin, it was very peaceful, yet close to the action. It's about 1 hour from Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. After 2 days of Acadia, we spent our 3rd day enjoying the lake and renting a jet ski. Overall a great experience for the family. We also recommend Sheila's snacks which is less than 1 mile down the road. She baked a blueberry pie for us and it was the best we had while in Maine. "

"Our stay was so fun. The unit was super clean, and had everything we need plus some. There is no stove or oven, but the owner provides a toaster oven, and two portable electric burners. "We came from Florida to visit family . We went canoeing & enjoyed having a fire out back & watching the ufc fights on the big screen . We were all very comfy and cozy and Corey and Amy We’re very accommodating! We sure look forward to coming back and staying again soon!!!"

"Overall, it's a good hotel. Considering the rating, I expected a little bit more. It's an old hotel, but well-maintained. Could be renovated. The breakfast was very good, and the location was great. We stayed there to visit Acadia National Park and Baxter State Park."
