"We had a wonderful stay! The A/C was truly the trip saver during a hot and busy week. We were in town for a college drop-off and the location worked perfectly. In between lots of dorm shopping, we explored the area—highlights included a sunflower farm, Amish Country in Lancaster County, and even a longer drive for a beach day. The home itself was very comfortable, with a roomy kitchen and a spacious upstairs bathroom that made our stay even more convenient. This rental made a hectic trip so much...

"The house was very clean, well taken care of, and stocked with everything we needed. (In the main house there were a few more stairs than we were aware of, and a few very narrow and steep staircases which made it a bit more difficult for one of our family members who recently had broken a few ribs to get around, but not a deal breaker by any means) The pool was excellent (but could use a little shade - we were all vying for space under the one umbrella)Overall we had an excellent stay. "Pretty great little vacation it was just what family and dog need. a few problems when we got there but over all everything and everyone was great. Resort was extremely peaceful."

"We had a fabulous family Thanksgiving vacation at Rocking Horse Acres! The house was clean and well appointed. We loved the living room with the wood burning fireplace and we made a huge Thanksgiving meal in Amy’s well appointed kitchen. Everyone had a most enjoyable stay. Thank you!!"

"The place was beautiful. Remote and full of scenery. And abundance of wildlife was everywhere. From a bear, to deer. The home itself well kept and easily accommodated 12 people. The home is very nicely set up for large groups and is very close to Blue mountain ski resort if someone is interested in that. We go back there again."

"The host was super communicative, thorough and helpful! Check in process was smooth and the space is large, family-friendly with lots of options for sleeping with bunkbeds. It was too cold to hang out outside, but there was a playground and ample outdoor space for the kids to run around. There was also a bunch of toys in the finished basement, which was a nice touch. The kitchen was fully outfitted with utensils and dishes, just bring your own coffee! We would definitely book again!"

"The condo was spotless, modern, well equipped, well furnished and bright and sunny as a There is one designated (free) parking space, but plentiful on street parking right in front of the condo building. We were pleased to find an elevator for easy access. The check in was easy and communication was immediate and helpful. Would definitely recommend. "
