This newly renovated and updated beach cottage is absolutely adorable!  It is located on the inside corner of Walnut Street and East Grand Avenue, set back from the hustle and bustle of the roadway and literally only 75 yards from the entrance to the beach at the end of Walnut Street.  Extended familiies vacationing together can rent this cottage along one of four additional cottages (East Grand Resorts Ocean Pearl, East Grand Resorts Beach House, Barefoot Beachouse I, Barefoot Beachhouse II).

This air conditioned cottage features 2 private bedrooms both with a queen size bed, a comfortable living room with two couche's (on is a pull-out couch), a well equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a delightful front and side porch that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a late afternoon beverage!  Truly ideal for a family of 4, or two couples.  

Aside from being right next to the breach, from your cottage you can reach all that Old Orchard Beach has to offer within a few minutes walk.  The iconic Pier, Palace Playland amusement park, more than a dozen different restaurants, and plenty of shops. One of our favorites is the Pirate's Patio, a quintessential barefoot beach grill and bar with live music each afternoon from 2:00-5:00.  Sit on your porch or at the beach and listen to local artists play while you enjoy your favorite beverage, soak up the sun, and enjoy your time on vacation.

There is driveway parking for two (2) vehicles to the left of the LEFT of the unit.
