Cuddle up on a comfy couch in the living room to enjoy a favorite movie or show on the large flatscreen TV or play some board games with the kids at the dining table. The cookware, counter space, and utensils in the full kitchen will make short work of tonight's family meal, and you can enjoy your creation outside on the balcony as an al-fresco meal while taking in breathtaking views of the Atlantic. Down the hall, a bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, you'll find the main bedroom with a queen-size bed and views of the water and another bedroom with a twin bunk, plus an extra twin. The bedrooms share a second bath with a shower/tub combo. You'll be just steps away from the beach, so be sure to take advantage of the provided beach towels during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the āDamage Waiverā). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
