A short walk of 100 feet from the parking lot will place your feet in the sand for a relaxing day at the beach. This quiet part of Old Orchard Beach is only 1 mile north of the village, The Pier and amusements.

The living space has a couch, a chair, a flat screen TV and a dining table for 6 people.  There is also a window unit air conditioner in the main room. The first bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds (2 twins) with new mattresses.  Property also has Wi-Fi, heated outdoor swimming pool, community gas grills, bike racks, coin-operated washers and dryers in laundry room (also operated by Credit Card) and parking for 2 vehicles. There is a strict no pet, no candle and no smoking policy in force at all times in this unit by The Condo Association. This summertime rental is for a minimum of 1 week with the rental period starting on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 pm and concluding the following Saturday morning by 10:00 am.

Please note that this unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator.
