"Very cute bungalow and very clean and updated with everything you need to stay comfortably! Loved the decor and everything about it. Only complaint is that its not as remote and secluded as the photos lead you to believe. It's on a street with other homes that you can see from the front and side windows, and no window treatments on the living room or kitchen windows."

"Very homey and comfortable. Perfect place for our family's annual ski and snowtube trip at Shanty Creek Schuss Mountain."

"This was a nice property to stay. The only issue we had was when we got to the property. I did not find our room number until I double checked the booking and noticed it was on the address. So when you do go to Check-in and find your room. Check the address and it will have the room number."

"This was my first time booking through VRBO, and I specifically filtered for a pet-friendly waterfront property. Unfortunately, this listing was not actually on the water. While the photos show a lake, the house is about a block away and there's no view of the lake from the home itself. I missed that detail in the fine print, but I feel the listing is a bit misleading in that regard.Upon arrival, I also found the cleanliness to be below expectations. "House located close to the sand bar and marina. Easily access grocery stores, lake, casino, golf, and so much more. House was stocked with tons of towels, pillows, covers, grill, chairs and fire pit. Ashley was very inviting and quick to answer any concerns. Our annual family vacation of 8 adults, 2 pre-teens and infant was accommodating and comfortable. Great for those that seek comfort, location, clean well kept home. "

"Just 2 of us staying there so there was plenty of space, if there had been more it might have been a little cramped. This place has a really big yard with privacy fence on either side, perfect for our dog to run around in and go for a swim when he wanted to. It was perfect!"

"Our stay was a short one. Waking up to be able to go fishing or swimming was wonderful. Then close to other bigger beaches and Shorts was great fun. Place is very quiet -after 10 pm when things shut down.Call of the loons is a great lullaby."
