"This location is far enough away from the tourists to make it feel private, yet close enough that you can still spend your days at the parks or in town. There’s enough space with three bedrooms (4 beds) to accommodate a group, and the kitchen is stocked with all the tools you’ll need for making dinner with your friends. "This is such a great place outside Moab! It's in the Spanish Valley so a bit of a drive to Moab and the parks, but this was not a problem for me. The mountains and ranch were beautiful, and it was a fantastic place for my dog. Would definitely stay again!"

"Myself, my husband, 5 sons and my parents all stayed. It’s a bit of a drive from town but we loved that about the location. Away from all the crowds and craziness. My boys loved being near and in the creek. It was nice to have some seclusion. The lodge is unique and rustic. It was a great accommodation for us."

"The cabin was perfect for our stay. The directions made it easy to find. We absolutely enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from the porch. The drive to Moab, Arches, and Canyonlands was about an hour or so - not bad and with some great views. Thanks for the wonderful stay!"

"We have stayed several times at RimView for our annual weekend Moab trips. We love the location and access to biking and 4x4. The view of the Rim from the backyard hot tub is amazing. We appreciate having ample space for our family and a kitchen to cook a few meals or prep lunch for the day."

"At first glance, place looks nice until you can’t see out the windows because they are so dirty. Glass on all the tables with filthy. Towels are so rough I could get better quality at a Super 8. No blinds on the slider and large window by front door. Fell so exposed and unsafe. RIGHT on the main road and so so loud. Good thing I had ear plugs for sleeping. Amenities in the kitchen were horrible. Internet service was non-existent. Management company were nice but just “lip service”. Never fixed...
