"This place exceeded my expectations! We had a group of 11 girls staying here and the house was beautiful, spacious and had everything you could ask for. Jonathan was a pleasure to communicate with and was able to answer questions I had, very promptly and with ease. "It was my 70th birthday on the 8th August. I thought it would be lovely to celebrate it with my family. 14 of us went -myself, husband, my 3 children and partners and my 6 grandchildren. There was plenty of space for us all. The house and garden were ideal. We all had a wonderful 3 days."

"We booked all of the cottages they were beautiful, very clean and amazing. The gardens were very secure so the small grandchildren where very safe which gave us peace of mind. The games room was good for all especially the Big Kids !! We will be going back and would recommend Fielding Cottages and the Goat Shed to all. Shop and cafe were also amazing"

"We were a little disappointed as we weren’t overlooking river which we obviously misread. The beds were excellent and we enjoyed the quietness of the place. Our dog loved the garden. Nick the owner is brilliant and dealt with a shower problem promptly and was available to ask questions. Would definitely recommend"

"The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped (modern gas cooker, TV, WiFi, books and games, large supply of basics e.g. sugar, tea, coffee, sauces etc.). We enjoyed the secluded garden overlooking the golf course and the frequent sightings of squirrels, moorhens, pheasants and deer."

"We had a really nice and relaxed stay. Plenty of room, a good outdoor space too. The hot tub was well used !! Friendly owner and we got a lot of visits from the family dog who kept bringing us his toys. Overall a nice place to stay. The one negative would be the size of the bath towels."

"Wonderful house with exceptional facilities located in a gorgeous setting - overlooking the park and a hop skip and a jump from all that Norwich has to offer and it is truly a gem of a city. Absolutely loved my visit and hosts were truly exceptional. Can’t recommend highly enough."

"Lovely property in an excellent location. It was a short walk into Norwich city centre. There is also a lovely cafe just up the road. The property had everything we need for our stay with our two dogs. Nice size rooms. The kitchen had more utensils than I was expecting. The owner was quick to reply to any queries."

"No communication via Expedia/VRBO but eventually made contact directly. Issue on arrival with no keys or gate entry and it was pouring with rain. Resolved quickly as another arrival had taken all the keys from box!! Reasonably spacious airy flat in good location close to nightlife and shops (but not riverside or cathedral view as advertised) but close to both. Easy walk into all the amenities in town. Stay would have been better if there had been an information pack with WiFi code and how to...
