You’ll have the entire first floor of a two-story villa, which is completely self-contained with no connection to the upper level. This ensures you have complete privacy and independence throughout your stay. The apartment is modern and eco-friendly, featuring solar power and high-efficiency windows.

Just a 600-meter walk from the beautiful Porto Istana Beach, the location is ideal whether you want to relax by the sea or explore the area. We provide one electric bicycle so you can easily ride to the beach or to the charming village of Multa Maria, just 800 meters away, where you’ll find excellent restaurants and bars. Right on the beach, you can enjoy a drink or a meal at one of the popular spots—Geko, Kando, or Atakem.

Your stay includes beach essentials such as a stand-up paddleboard, umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, and beach toys. Additional SUP boards, umbrellas, and beach lounge chairs are available for rent if needed. In the evenings, fire up the barbecue and unwind in the shaded outdoor relaxation area.

The apartment is well-equipped with air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, new smart TVs, a dishwasher, and all the modern comforts you need. Self-check-in lets you arrive at your own pace, and we’re always just a message away if you need anything.

With Olbia just 20 minutes away by bus (€1) and the airport only 10 minutes by car, getting here is easy. We also offer a private shuttle service (max. 4 people) for an additional fee if you prefer door-to-door transfers.
