Located on the ground floor, it consists of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, second twin bedroom, bathroom and outdoor area furnished with table and chairs for pleasant moments of relaxation. Present TV, washing machine, barbecue, outdoor shower and parking space; the villa is surrounded by a large enclosed garden, therefore ideal for allowing any children to play in peace. The beaches of Mare e Rocce and Bados are easily reached on foot and in the immediate vicinity there are all the main services of Pittulongu; just beyond the beaches of the Pellicano and the Squalo. For larger groups there are two other apartments in the same villa that can comfortably accommodate 4 and 5 people each; therefore altogether it is a villa with 14 beds.
