75/85 sqm apartment. for 2, 4 or 6 people, living room with sofa bed and service balcony with access from the living room, TV, equipped kitchenette: coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, gas hob. A double bedroom, second bedroom with double bed and access to the livable and furnished veranda. Bathroom, washing machine, air conditioning, safe, table and iron.

The change of bed linen and towels takes place every 7 days.
Swimming pool for adults and children with fixed opening hours. Open from June 15th until September 15th.

The residential complex is surrounded by well-kept lush Mediterranean gardens.
In a strategic position, it offers guests the great convenience of being close to the center and the wonderful beaches, including the famous "Ira" beach, "Sassi" and many others.
The swimming pool (open from 15 June to 15 September), surrounded by greenery, is the ideal space to let yourself be caressed by the sun.

All transfers between the different beaches around Porto Rotondo are connected with a free shuttle bus service, "Mare Mare" offered by the Community of Porto Rotondo, in the medium / high season.
The distance of the "SARDEGNA SMERALDA SUITE" from the sea varies between 600 m. and 1100 m.
