The main beaches are the four stunning coves of Porto Istana, which are 750 metres away from the residence, and the nearby Spiaggia del Dottore. In the surrounding area you can go snorkelling and SUP in shallow waters, take boat trips to Tavolara island or go on scenic hikes along the coastal paths.



On the ground floor there is the living area with open-plan kitchen and a lounge equipped with dining table, TV, this area opens onto the furnished patio, complete with outdoor table and two sun loungers and onto the garden. On the upper floor there is the sleeping area, consisting of three bedrooms: the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds and the third with a bunk bed. The layout of the house is completed by two bathrooms with shower.

Overlooking the spectacular gulf dominated by the island of Tavolara, Olbia is the main tourist destination in northern Sardinia. With its port and international airport, its splendid landscapes, its history and traditions, it boasts an exceptional tourist offering. The medieval Basilica of San Simplicio and the Archaeological Museum, which displays artefacts ranging from Nuragic manufactures to Roman warships, stand out in the city centre, whilst the archaeological site Nuraghe Riu Mulinu overlooks the gulf from the hills just outside the city. Olbia is also home to important events such as the Giro d'Italia and concerts by internationally renowned artists.

Its coastal territory alternates between beaches and cliffs of incomparable beauty, including Pittulongu, Porto Istana, Le Saline, Li Cuncheddi and Bados. Furthermore, this area offers a network of nature trails rich in biodiversity, with various degrees of difficulty for every type of hiker, which offer breathtaking views.

Finally, you cannot miss the traditional food and wine in the numerous bars and restaurants and during festivals. Some marinated goat in myrtle liqueur and gallurese soup for a meat-based dinner, sea urchins, bottarga, mussels and oysters if you prefer to taste local seafood. To accompany the meal, a good Vermentino di Gallura Docg, and to finish it, a delicious seada with honey and a glass of homemade myrtle liqueur.
