Apartment with a large terrace overlooking the sea located on ground floor, of a quiet residence.



The apartment consists of a living area consisting of a large sofa that is divided to make two single beds if necessary, dining table and television. The kitchen is open and equipped with everything needed for cooking. From the living room and bedroom you can access the terrace equipped with an outdoor table to enjoy lunches or dinners overlooking the sea. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed.

Completing the layout of the house is the bathroom with shower stall.

Overlooking the spectacular gulf dominated by the island of Tavolara, Olbia is the main tourist destination of northern Sardinia. Some goat marinated in myrtle liqueur and some Gallura soup for a meat dinner, sea urchins, bottarga, mussels and oysters if you’d rather taste the local seafood. To accompany your meal, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, and to end it, a delicious seada with honey and a glass of homemade myrtle liqueur.
