Between Porto Rotondo and the beaches of the Gulf of Marinella, the renowned Ladunia residence is a private residential centre surrounded by a large and well-kept park with Mediterranean plants. There is also a splendid saltwater infinity shared pool with stunning views of the Gulf of Marinella and the island of Tavalora. Bordering the sea, a private sun deck with boat docks is available for you to relax in a carefree atmosphere. Additionally, surrounded by greenery, there are 2 tennis courts, a football field, and a beautiful and prestigious children\'s playground.

This first-floor apartment consists of a living room with a TV, an open kitchenette with an oven and cooker hob and direct access to a covered veranda with alfresco lounging. A few steps from the main square of the Ladunia residence, a restaurant/bar and market are available from June to September for your added convenience.

Location

The holiday apartment is in a privileged position as it serves as the perfect starting point to reach all the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia and in a 10-20 minute drive, you can reach the gorgeous white-sand Marinella Beach and picturesque Punta Volpe Beach. At Marinella Beach, you can also rent canoes, rafts and surfboards. The marina (Punta Marana) and Wildlife Park (Cala Marana) are a 20-minute drive from here. If you are more interested in trying your hand at cooking with the local produce – Olbia (15 minutes drive) has at least 3 farmers\' markets a week. The biggest is on Saturdays in Via Sangallo. Other than that Olbia has tons of venues for entertainment, and historical exploration like the San Simplicio Basilica and lively cafes spread out in the lovely Piazza Matteotti.

Olbia airport is a 30-minute drive from this Marinella apartment.
