"The room was very spacious, clean, and full of nice amenities. Nikko is such a beautiful town full of great places to see. There was a lack of communication that made the check-in process difficult."

"Rakuten villa nikko is like my dreamhouse. Everything you can possibly need are provided. The villa itself makes for a perfect vacation villa with breakfast on the lanai, beautiful TV and sofa area, wonderful setting, sauna and onsen bath. The relaxation area outside the bath smells like you are in the forest! My only complaint would be the checkin email which was never sent. As we need it to get inside the villa. If it was sent automatically, everything would be perfect."

"The house is very lovely and clean. The most important touristic sites are nearby. Yoshiko, the host, is a very kind lady. She picked us up at the station and brought us to the house. She also left fruits, bread, orange juice, butter and yogurt for our breakfast. It was a wonderful stay."
