"Lovely property and a very relaxing environment. Rooms well appointed and the restaurant for dinner was delicious. The site had a very nice shop for practical items, as well as gifts. Location is right on the lake and near the local attractions. Room and package description could have been clearer, as well as more clarity on check-in time restrictions. Despite trying to contact the property well in advance of my stay - I only heard back from them on the day of arrival. Better communication...

"Exceptional Hospitality What a wonderful little gem! Pension Arma is a small, charming place where the exceptional service truly makes you feel welcome and cared for. The hospitality was outstanding from beginning to end. Both dinner and breakfast were simple, homemade-style meals, but absolutely delicious and prepared with care. Sometimes it’s the simplest food that leaves the best impression. We stayed in a basic room, which was small, but perfectly adequate for a good night’s sleep....

"Adoramos a nossa estadia, tudo perfeito!"

"Clean, modern and spacious rooms, good wifi, hotel seems to be brand new. Front desk staff was very friendly and attentive. Shuttle worked well, taxi services stop quite early so makes it difficult to go for dinner in town if you don’t have a car."

"The hotel is perfectly located right in front of the station, which was very convenient for us. Everything was comfortable and pleasant. Our only suggestions would be to improve the Wi-Fi signal in the rooms and to serve the boiled eggs warm instead of cold at breakfast."
