    This comfortable holiday flat is located in the beautiful, manageable village of Okrug Donji (near Trogir) on the island of Ciovo. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in an absolutely peaceful rural location with views of the countryside and surrounded by fir trees, olive trees, sage and Mediterranean vegetation on the edge of the small village. The beach and the village centre with its numerous amenities are just a few metres away on foot. Hikes and exploratory trips on the island with its beach bays and excursions to Trogir or Split are possible in the surrounding area.

    The comfortably furnished flat extends over a living space of 90 m² and is located on the ground floor of the two-storey house, below the flat of the German-speaking owners. The air-conditioned interior is divided into a very well-equipped kitchen with dining room, a cosy living room, two separate bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. In the first bedroom you sleep in a comfortable double bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm, which is surrounded by two bedside tables with reading lamps. A spacious wardrobe with sliding doors provides storage space for your travelling wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm, a large wardrobe and a smart flat-screen TV with satellite channels. You can enjoy the TV programme of your choice while lying comfortably in bed before going to sleep. This second bedroom has direct access to the large terrace. After a day out, take a seat in the stylish living room with its exclusive furnishings. A smart flat-screen TV with satellite TV also provides entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen allows for extensive self-catering, including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, four-zone hob with oven and much more. The adjacent dining table with six chairs offers plenty of space for extended meals. The kitchen and living room also provide easy access to the outdoors. The newly designed bathroom with its light-coloured tiles and modern flooring creates a pleasant ambience. In addition to a walk-in shower, a WC and a large wash hand basin, a washing machine is a matter of course. Storage and stowage facilities round off the offer.

    There is plenty of space for children to play and run around on the walled plot. A terrace with a comfortable dining set and parasol invites you to enjoy a meal outside. There is also a small, new terrace with a small garden settee. The permanently attached barbecue, which is available at any time, is located in the garden of the house and invites you to enjoy a cosy barbecue evening.

    Your landlords are very keen to ensure that you have a comfortable and pleasant stay in their flat and speak very good German.

    The beach "Stari Porat" is about 400m away from the holiday flat and can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. There are also numerous shops, cafés and restaurants in Okrug Gornji (approx. three kilometres). There is also a grocery shop and a post office in the immediate vicinity in Okrug Donji. In addition to the numerous beach bays with clear, clean water, day trips to Trogir (seven kilometres), the Krka waterfalls (60 kilometres) or Split (35 kilometres) are well worthwhile. A great place to relax and enjoy the quiet starry nights. Due to its tranquillity, untouched nature, remoteness and proximity to the UNESCO town of Trogir, Okrug Donji is suitable for a relaxing family holiday as well as a cultural holiday. Okrug Donji is a small village on the western side of the island of Čiovo, just seven kilometres from the historically picturesque town of Trogir, which is located on the mainland. The island is connected to the mainland by a bridge, and there is also a boat line from Okrug Donji directly to Trogir. The island of Ciovo is best known for its beautiful secluded bays. Due to its tranquillity, remoteness and natural surroundings, Okrug Donji is particularly popular with naturists, who can swim naked in the isolated bays. Of course, there are also public beaches for families in Okrug Donji: the small pebble beach Kava and the larger pebble beach Stari Porat as well as the beach Duga Uvala. If you walk further along the coast, it is also possible to find secluded spots to enjoy the forest and the sea. On a clear day, south of Okrug Donji there is a beautiful view of the offshore islands of Kraljevac and Sveta Fumija. Additional leisure activities and excursion options, such as the well-known cultural institutions and natural monuments of Central Dalmatia, offer further exciting variety around Trogir and Split. The island of Ciovo is therefore a good starting point for visiting all the historical and natural sights of Dalmatia.
