"From the minute we arrived, Iveca and his family did everything they could to make us feel welcome. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and with wonderful views from the balcony. Relaxing by the beautiful private pool was a highlight of the holiday as was the delicious meal that Iveca cooked for us. The location was fantastic, with beaches and cafes in walking distance. Villa Knez and our hosts were perfect in every way! "

"Wir waren 7 Personen, 4 Erwachsene + 3 Kinder von 4-9 Jahren und haben in dem Ferienhaus fast zwei Wochen verbracht. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer, Küche und eine kleines Gäste-WC. Über die Treppe gelangt man zu drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern, eines mit Dusche, eines mit Badewanne. Alle Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Wir konnten uns mit allen Fragen an ihn wenden und wurden bei der Anreise schon freundlich in...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Kuzmanic. Adrian was the most polite and helpfull host, really easy to communicate with. Place was as described, well equipped and super tidy. Nice surprise was breakfast served to our apartment at precise time we wished - I had totally forgotten we booked it! Felt almost too good for this fair cost of accommodation, so we were truly happy to fairly tip for it. :) At the end of September the neighborhood, with quite a lot of apartments, was really quiet. "Très bel appartement très bien situé avec une magnifique vue ,et une belle piscine qui a fait le bonheur des enfants. L'hébergement était impeccable à l'arrivée et contient tout le nécessaire. Les nuits étaient agréables avec une très bonne literie et la climatisation. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leurs nombreux cadeaux. Tout était réuni pour que nous passions de superbes vacances en famille à Okrug Gornji. "

"We spent 4 wonderful weeks at the Villa and thoroughly recommend it. Waking up to those views of the bay and the clear blue Adriatic will live long in all of our memories. We rented the Villa for my 50th as a family of 3, but with family and friends joining us each week. All had a wonderful time. The accommodation worked really well for us, with three lovely double bedrooms in the main house and a self-contained unit underneath on the pool level with a large double bed, kitchen and bathroom...

"With 8 people ranging from 8 to 78, this space was great for us with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The only challenge for the older ones was the stairs but we managed. Lovely balcony and living space, very well stocked kitchen and many amenities nearby. The view (especially the sunset) from the balcony topped off a great week-long stay."
