"Many things about the property were not as promised. For example, the ice machine and washing machine did not work at all.
Communication with the host was opaque. They sent all Expedia messages as attachments. The checkout instructions were inaccurate.
I brought all issues to attention of the host but they never resolved any of them."

"This is such a cute place and in a great neighborhood! The beds are so comfortable and we loved the kichen nook area. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quaint, quiet place.Communication with our host was prompt and they were very accommodating for a slightly later departure, based on our morning activities on check-out day!!"
