BEDROOMS

- Bedroom #1 - King bed + mounted TV + en suite bathroom + walk-in closet + Peloton cycle

- Bedroom #2 - Queen bed + mounted TV + cedar-lined closet

- Sleeping Area - Full size, pull-out CB2 sofa bed + mounted TV.

- Extra linens/pillow are available for 7th person to sleep on the couch in living room.

- The sleeping area is not private & is accessible via the living/dining area

- All beds have cozy beds, crisp white linens & down alternative pillows

- No room darkening curtains in any bedroom or sleeping area

- All TVs are smart TVs for streaming. No cable is provided.

- Bedroom doors are pocket doors.



BATHROOMS

- Bathroom #1 - En suite bathroom + walk-in shower + rain showerhead + single vanity + beauty bar

- Bathroom #2 - Walk-in shower + single vanity

- All bathrooms have plush white towels + shampoo + conditioner + body wash

- Bathroom doors are pocket doors



LIVING | DINING

- Large sofa + swivel accent chairs + gas-burning fireplace

- Gas burning fireplace will get HOT & is available for guest use

- There is no TV in the living room

- Large dining table for six



KITCHEN | COFFEE

- Gas top range + Gaggenau oven + dishwasher

- Liebherr refrigerator + freezer

- There is no garbage disposal

- Cookware + more pots/pans/cookware/utensils

- Crockpot + blender + microwave

- Nespresso + Standard coffee maker





THE POOL

- The pool is a plunge-style pool meant for sipping & dipping.

- Pool is about 12' x 8' & 5' deep at the deepest point.

- The pool is heated by the sun. There is no pool heater.

- If guests attempt to heat the pool themselves, they will be immediately evicted without refund.

- No glass of any kind is allowed in or around the pool area.

- There is no safety fence around the pool.



THE BASICS

- High speed WiFi throughout the entire home

- Washer/dryer located in the primary, walk-in closet

- Starter supplies (trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, etc.) are provided

- Guest may need to replenish supplies during your stay

- Cleaning supplies are located under kitchen sink



PARKING

- Two compact vehicles may park in driveway

- Garage/carport parking (past the gate) available only by request

- Off-street parking is available in front of the home



HOME TRUTHS:

- 3rd party contractors will need interior/exterior access to the home on Thursdays/Friday for lawn, pool, and indoor plant care.

- The pool is NOT HEATED. It CANNOT be heated.

- Potential for noise: the tree lined streets block most of the highway noise, but traffic noise around the area is possible.

- The bedroom & bathroom doors do not have locks.

- Neither wood burning fireplaces are operational. Attempts to use either wood burning fireplace will result in immediate eviction & no refund.

- The majority of the north & west walls of the home are glass doors. Drafts are possible. Interior temperatures can fluctuate.



This is an entirely NON-SMOKING property (no smoking of any kind allowed inside or outside the property).
