I recently had a reservation at this hotel, and unfortunately, my stay was far from what I had expected. Upon arrival, the check-in process was fine, but the staff seemed off and wasn't very accommodating when we asked about the room or the amenities. They mentioned there were no other rooms available.
The real disappointment came when we entered our room. The TV didn’t work at all, which was quite frustrating. When I contacted the front desk, the response was underwhelming – the staff member said he couldn’t do anything about it and offered no solutions.
Overall, the lack of helpfulness from the staff and the issues with the room made this experience feel far below the standards I expect from a hotel. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving both their customer service and room maintenance. We ended up leaving and receiving a refund.
