My stay was disappointing due to multiple issues. Three hours before check-in, the property manager reported a broken washer, promising a fix by the next morning. After the repair attempt on Tuesday, I was informed a replacement wouldnāt arrive until Friday. Having traveled two days, my family relied on a functional washer, lacking enough clothes for a four-day wait.The advertised gaming table for kids was broken, with a promised replacement by Friday, disappointing my children. The refrigerator was unclean, and animal hair was found on the couch, living room rug, and second bedroom bed, despite the listing prohibiting pets. As someone allergic to dog hair, I chose a pet-free property. The backyard grass was a foot tall, unusable for play.I raised these concerns with the property manager, who dismissed them, defended the cleaning staff, and claimed I agreed to the washer issue at check-in, despite limited options upon late notice. I requested a refund to find a suitable property, but it was denied. My family left after one night of our eight-night stay, incurring 1,700 for another rental.Iāve reported this to Vrbo and await your response. Please review and consider a resolution, as the propertyās condition and management response were below Vrboās standards.
