We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay at our property. We take the condition and cleanliness of our property very seriously, and we are VERY distressed to hear about the issues you encountered, particularly with the kitchen - we have done a thorough inspection and have found everything in the kitchen working...I truly wish you had reached out during your stay so we could have helped with whatever appliances you felt inoperable. Please rest assured that we are taking immediate steps to address the concerns you raised with cleanliness and maintenance. Regarding the pool being closed, we understand your disappointment, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by it's unavailability during your stay. We do have pool open/close dates listed on the vrbo property description, but still hate that you were saddened by this. It is simply too cold for the pool to be open right now. We do not have a hot tub nor state anywhere that we do, so I'm also confused about your statement regarding that. We appreciate your positive feedback about the quality of the beds, and we are glad that you were able to find some comfort during your stay. We will use your comments to continue improving our guests' experience, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future to demonstrate the improvements we have made. We appreciate your feedback; it helps. Somehow the bathroom vents had closed off, they are open now and the bathrooms certainly have heat. I wish you had called; I'm so sorry, we would have come over and fixed that. We have had rave reviews about our furnishings, but I will certainly follow up with our cleaner regarding kitchen standards - from all vrbo owners, we would love pics anytime you see uncleanliness - that would always be helpful to give us something to go on, as I have always seen her do a great cleaning job.
