"It was everything that I needed and beyond."

"The staff was very kind and polite. The room was very clean and had a good size, there was enough space for one big bag and a small one. The Japanese style breakfast was delicious. "

"Banheiro e quarto bastante espaçosos em relação a outros hotéis no Japão. Região é ótima."

"Excellent rooms and the staff were very helpful and responsive."

"Nenhum dos profissionais fala outra lingua exceto japones. Comunicacao super dificil.

"Great staff. But despite my room was a non smoking room, my floor was with a strong smell of smoke, very annoying. Only entering in my room to get off the smell. A smoking area present on the side of elevator in my floor is ridiculous. The breakfast wasn't buffet, but ok."
