"My family of 4, including a 16 and 17 year old, LOVED staying at this home. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to just enjoy it! The home is both cozy and very up to date, the animals were a joy to see and Colleen was very communicative. The views were beautiful and the home location was perfect. We felt like we were far away, but we were actually close to many of our planned activities and town. I highly recommend this home!"

"Great location, walking distance to Ngnongotaha shops and the lake, 12 mins drive from Rotorua central - pet and family friendly, well appointed - all new, functional kitchen implements for example, which is just fantastic. Arriving and knowing the pans will work and not smoke out the house was wonderful. Fully fenced back garden if you bring a dog. So immaculately clean that I tried to put the lettuce through the fridge shelf into the vege bin! Warm, dry and really friendly host with super fast...

A wonderful overnight stay for our group of 10.Minor complaint about some of the cleaning up items available (there were no dishwasher tablets available, so had to pop to the shop in the morning of check out to get some) Also there was no cork screw bottle opener so I couldn't open a bottle of wine :-(Otherwise it was a great experience"
