The whole cottage is yours: both bedrooms, the yoga room, living area, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, laundry, private deck, covered BBQ area and courtyard.



🚗 Free off-street parking on the sealed driveway off Okere Road. The cottage sits a little below the driveway, so there's a short change in level as you walk in.



🏡 Tui Cottage shares the wider property with two other stays, Kākāriki Tiny House and Kowhai Studio. Each has its own entrance and outdoor space, and your cottage, deck and courtyard are just for you.

Okere Falls is one of the Rotorua region's hidden gems. It's a relaxed riverside village surrounded by native forest, with the Kaituna River running right through it.



Head further afield and you're well placed for the wider Rotorua Lakes District, including Lake Rotoiti, the Redwoods Forest and Rotorua's famous geothermal attractions. Whether you want an action-packed weekend or a quiet one, you'll find both here.



Getting Around:

Everything in Okere Falls is within walking distance, but you'll want a car to explore further. There's off-street parking on the sealed drive.
