"I booked 3BR from expedia, but ai was given different unit than described. Unit was dirty, cockroach all over the place. AC was leaking in the room, toilet was leaking. Complained to the host/property owner and manager about it but no action taken. The second day I complained they totally ignored my calls and messages. If I could I would give this place zero rating. It was a horrible experience."

"The actual communication between Expedia , the condo owner , and the manager of the building itself was not good . It was no reflection of the owner as we communicated and she received no confirmation of my reservation ! She was very reasonable and helpful . The manager and staff were not as helpful . I was put in a room that was not what I reserved ?? I stayed one night in the room then requested a refund as it was disappointing ! They then showed me another suite that was exceptable the next...
