"This was a very much needed time away. It was so beautiful and quiet yet still close enough to town. The house was clean and the beds were very cozy and comfortable. You know it was a great trip when the 4 year old cries that she doesn't want to go home! The property and house had all the basics to make the stay perfect even for our little Boston terrier we brought along with us. "

"This was a perfect home base for Taos desert and mountain adventures. It is very remote and beautiful, with hiking right out the door. Indoor stargazing with the Milky Way right out my bedroom window. It is a unique building with a really cool history. Our host Brenda was right on site with a wealth of knowledge about the area. "House was immaculate and spacious. Kitchen utensils and basics provided which allowed us to cook and eat in several nights. The house is on the south side of town a couple of miles off the main highway which was great for avoiding the downtown traffic but still close enough to drive downtown with no problems. Great place - we will definitely be back!"
