"We had a very nice visit. The cabin was easy to find, and was perfect for our small group. The screened porch was great for avoiding rain and evening mosquitos while still getting to enjoy the sounds and scenery. Fishing was good, lots of bites. Mostly small fish but we caught a few bigger ones. This was exactly what I was looking for when I booked the trip - a quiet and peaceful lake cabin."

"Cabin is awesome! Great smaller lake that had 0 boat traffic so it was perfect for fishing, swimming and kayaking! Only thing i would recommend is curtains in kitchen windows would have been nice. Could see over to next cabin in the evenings. Also maybe a tv in the larger bedrooms downstairs. Overall an outstanding property, and definitely one of the cleanest places we've stayed! Fire pit and huge supply of firewood was also a plus."

"Lake Grindstone is a beautiful lake. I kayaked and played off the dock with my Welsh Terrier. That said, the cabin doesn’t make a good first impression as the deck is dirty and in need of a blowing off. The deck would not be safe for small children as there are gaps in the spindles. Could crawl and fall 8-10 feet. Couldn’t close the screen on the deck door off the LR; but was able to get it on the track using a butter knife. Satellite TV didn’t work. "The cabin is small but very nicely updated in a north woods lake cabin thyme. It was clean and perfectly appointed, everything we needed was provided. My wife absolutely loved the way it was decorated. For a couple it was perfect and we would stay there again without hesitation. It had lake access , lake view, and our own dock for my fishing boat. There is self serve live bait for sale at the dock. Chippewa Flowage is a beautiful and unique body of water with excellent fishing for many species"

"This cabin was a perfect fit for our family of 14, ranging in age from 1 to 60. There was plenty of room for all of us, the yard was HUGE, and the hosts were so responsive and friendly. Sand Lake was fun for fishing and the sandbar at the dock made for a great place for all our young ones to play in the water safely. They had everything we needed for a great vacation."

"We had our entire family (6 adults and our 14 month old Granddaughter) had such a wonderful time! We kayaked, fished and just enjoyed the natural splendor! For a small little lake holy smokes it was so much fun watching the fishing activity! Loved everything!
