The gîte is located on the owner’s property. The living area of the mill is spread over the 1st and 2nd floors.



LEVEL 1 – Accessed by a stone staircase: 40.7 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, toaster, oil-free fryer), lounge area with TV and wood stove (wood available for an extra fee), and dining space. A door opens onto the terrace.



LEVEL 2 – Accessed by a 66 cm wide staircase with a 90 cm high handrail: Forêt bedroom (8.4 m²) with 2 electric twin beds (80x200 cm) and storage, Rivière bedroom (9.27 m²) with 4 bunk beds (90x190 cm) and storage in the hallway, Roche bedroom (8.4 m²) with 1 electric double bed (160x190 cm) and storage. Bathroom with sink, shower cabin, towel dryer, hairdryer, and WC.



LEVEL 0: Exterior access to a cellar with washing machine, extra WC, and sink.



Wi-Fi internet available. For babies: 1 travel cot, booster seat, blender, step stool.



Terrace with outdoor dining furniture and barbecue. Sun loungers provided.



Large landscaped garden of nearly 2,000 m², fishing possible (with a federal fishing license), and a boat available for exploring the river.



Included: beds made on arrival, bath towels, kitchen linen, utilities, and heating (heat pump).
