"There’s nothing nice to say about this hotel except crowded unruly guests, unfriendly and lazy staffs. Breakfast buffet was just okay located in different building very inconvenient. Booked 3 rooms, all bathrooms’ faucets were leaked. Would definitely not come back."

"Good place, but Security guys require us cannot drinking in park. It is weird, but if we buy beer from store and then it is ok. "

"This hotel is gorgeous, located on a hill beside the Mui Ne beach. The view is breathtaking, showing you the ocean and surrounding beaches. Service was top level, with everything you need just a call away. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant serves tasty meals and breakfasts. The pool is another highlight, crystal clear and clean, with lovely lounge chairs. I would definitely stay again, everything was perfect. They also made some special birthday preparations that were beautiful...

"Room is not exactly as the pictures. Staffs was awful especially at the S restaurant (gave wrong order and let me waited for a long time for the food after reminded them 2 times but they did not care), wifi is weak most of the time had no wifi, the A/C was not working and staff did not care to fix that, they just promised. I saw 2 cockroaches in my room and they did came to kill them but it is nasty to think about a place with cockroaches. Breakfast as they said have coffee but what they offer...

"Breakfast is limited and expensive. It’s a long way to the beach. No towels at beach or pools. There’s some lounge chairs at the beach but all worn out. One of our ac doesn’t work. We booked two rooms. They gave us two, on different floors quite far apart. We agreed on a downsize so both rooms could be on a same floor. No compensation whatsoever. We booked apartments so administration is different. Maybe the hotel side is better ."

"The facility is huge and impersonal. Many of the facilities were not open or unfinished. One night after we were in bed there was a hammering on our door and, honestly, a dozen police were there demanding to see our passports with no explanation why, as none spoke English. The beach is littered with plastic. Our deluxe room had no chair only a beanbag and there was no safe or option to store valuables. "

"Lovely room, very clean Staff were excellent. Only 1 restaurant open, was nice, though very limited vegan options for us (realize this is quite the ask in such a remote place) but what we had was nice. Unfortunately the spa was fully booked so not able to enjoy a massage."
