"This property is 10/10, and Lauren is super accommodating. My wife and I stayed here for two nights and it was phenomenal! The property is right downtown, within walking distance of more than a dozen great restaurants in Ogunquit, the beach, and the Marginal Way entry point. A disclaimer: If you are older, or have difficulty moving your legs, it will likely be hard for you to go up and down the steep staircase to your room. All-in-all, I would recommend this inn 100% and I will be staying here...

"We had an excellent stay at The Water Street Inn. The location is amazing to walk across the 2 bridges into Portsmouth, or into the small area in Kittery for restaurants and bakery. The inn has everything you will need from snacks, coffee, tea, and water. It was obvious the owners pay attention to detail and take pride in their property. When a phone charger was mistakenly left behind in the room it was no problem to reach out and they found it and we arranged to have it sent to us. Would...

"Room was beautiful and the location was great. Contactless which I wasn't sure about but was great. Easy code to get into the building and our room and check out was just as easy. Lovely Tea/Coffee bar with snacks. Will stay here again."
