The house was in a nice area and as a whole fit our needs had we only stayed a night or two.On top of minimal supplies, we were only provided one towel, hand towel, wash cloth per person for a 4 night stay and the troubleshooting guide provided after EVERY message to the host, said that they could be refreshed at the onsite laundry, but the notes left on the table said otherwise. They provided a box set of shampoo and conditioner for each bathroom, but I would have preferred to have had the essentials like toilet paper, paper towels and an extra towel for when I wash my hair. I looked and ultimately went with this place because it said it had laundry facilities. There was a note that they weren’t in the unit but it was nearby, which seemed to mean they had onsite laundry. It wasn’t until we got there that we found out differently. There is a lot of misleading and mixed messaging but when reaching out they are very clear that they are unwilling to provide you anything above and beyond a ‘starter kit’ even when you book for longer periods of time (mine was a 4 night stay). For that reason alone I will never book one of their places again, and suggest you do the same.Also, because I know this will ‘come out of nowhere’ I’ve provided my proof in pictures, including where they tell me their supplies are “…not meant to last the entire time you are there”…super welcoming all for a few dollars in supplies!!
