"Since we had early morning flight after our road trip I booked this hotel which is just 2 miles from the airport and provides free airport shuttle service which was super useful! We used it twice once we returned our rental car the day before and on the day of flight early morning! The hotel staff was very helpful! We arrived an hr early than our check in time and they accommodated us since few rooms were ready!! The room was clean! But I would still say if they change lighting in the hallway of...

"We enjoyed our stay immensely. Daily breakfast was great with a huge variety each day including the cook to order omelets and more! We have stayed at many Embassy Suites but it was our first time experiencing the evening cocktail hour so that was definitely a bonus!
The only downside were the beds. They were too lumpy and definitely worn out. Hoping they will get replaced soon!
Overall it was a wonderful stay!"

"The shower and bathroom sink drains were clogged. I pulled enough hair out of the shower drain to make a small wig. After two requests, they finally unclogged the shower drain but never unclogged the bathroom sink.
The air conditioner in the room made an intermittent noise that was loud enough to wake me up several times. Repeated requests to look into it or fix it were ignored.
When they asked me how my stay was, when checking out, I told the front desk clerk how terrible it was. She said...

"Be prepared to Pay for your pet at the desk ... even if it isn't mentioned ahead of time. Staff were Great with my pooch and there is an enclosed, safe area to walk your dog.
A pet peave is refillable soaps, customers have zero idea what is actually in those bottles, even if they are cheaper than little ones.
There aren't any drive thru places close, so get food ahead of time. Great Mexican places close but you have to actually get outta your car."

"Not very helpful staff. The Air cmpany lost my bag, so I had to buy some stuff in the internet and ask to delivery at the Hotel. One day I ask a guy in the front desk about one package delivered, he said "can you speak louder?" he talked with other employer "Is he talking about packages? I'm here all day and no package was delivery" Then he talked with me "I'm here all day and no package was delivery" I said that the tracking code shown that was delivered and he just did not move a foot to look....
