We just wanted to let you know that this is our first summer owning the house, and while we're working hard to improve the front and back yards, they may not be in the best shape right now. If having a pristine yard is a top priority for your stay, we totally understand if our place isn't the perfect fit. We're under a lawn care program, but we're expecting the best results to come next spring. If you're absolutely determined to be on some grass though, there is a sizable park a short walk away!
