"Our chalet was cosy and warm. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and very clean. The entire space was spotless with plenty of room. It was a lovely place to spend a couple of days. The food in the restaurant was very nice, well presented but a little on the expensive side. The staff in the restaurant were so friendly and nothing was too much. The resort is very well placed to get to the Information centre to catch the shuttle bus to Cradle Mountain. We would definitely stay...

"The bathroom, although outside the room, was new and recently renovated, very clean and very comfortable. However, the room was old, with a very soft bed, bad pillows and a cramped room with little furniture. The window kept banging because of the wind, which woke us up several times during the night. Breakfast was free but it was very poor, basically it only had bread, milk and coffee."
