"I came in to town for a quick trip and just needed a place for one night, close to town. The cabins were easy to find and the manager texted me clear and easy directions to follow. The grounds were very clean and there was plenty of parking. The Rogue is right across the street and there was a nice view from the deck oustide of my cabin. "No table in room, shower water was either scalding hot, Oregon building dictates maximum temperature of 105 degrees, the hot water could easily harm you, or ice cold. Room was tiny, bed was uncomfortable. Only two pillows, AC was difficult to adjust.😡"

"Very nice hotel. We were unable to book a massage but we used the mineral pools. Very relaxing. Went back to the room and our tv didn’t work. They were unable to fix. It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. "

"We went here after talking to the host about needing a place where there would be no fireworks for our very scared dog. He said he would discuss it with the only people that were within a mile of the property and ask them to not do fireworks. They did fireworks and they were only 50 yards from us!! "We never got to stay at the hotel. They called us in the way there and cancelled our weekend due to a ‘ room emergency’. Then we began a nightmare of calls trying to get our refund being bounced between Expedia who told us to call VBRO who would promptly tell us to call Expedia. What a nightmare! I’m still waiting for the hotel GM to return my calls. "

"Bom hotel, bem localizado. Atendentes gentis. Tivemos problema com o quarto na chegada (não estava arrumado e era mais de 18 h) Pelo transtorno nos deram um upgrade. Bons produtos no banheiro, toalhas macias, roupa de cama de boa qualidade. Em cada andar tem um quadro diferente em 3D, e vários retratos e pôsteres relativos a Portland. Um pouco antigo precisando de alguns reparos e troca de carpete. Muito próximo da Powell’s e de outros pontos de nosso interesse. Valeu a pena pela localização para a primeira vez em Portland."
