"Out of all of the places we stayed on our trip driving up the coast, this was by far our favorite stop. We stayed at fancy resorts and swanky hotels, but the Siltcoos retreat was just magical! "Pictures did not match what was advertised. Everything was unfinished, dog hair in corner. Something hairy in shower and sink. The outside of the oven was gross and the mirror was not clean. The floor was uneven and coming up which is a trip hazard. I didn't think it was worth want I paid"

"At first, I was hesitant after reading previous reviews of this property. After staying for 2 days, I was glad I didn’t pay attention to them. Yes, the facility is on the older size, but it definitely gives you a rustic feel to it. The view is amazing. Seeing the beach so close and the sunset was breathtaking.
